Some of them consult so many psychologists to cure them from medicines, but these diseases cannot be cured by taking medication. The only way to cure these are "being happy". A person will not be able to cure mental health until he/she is happy with his/her own life. To be happy, a person's mind should be stable, less short-tempered and he/she should not overthink anything. As long as you get familiar with this, you yourself will spend more time on meditation than before day by day.
