MEDITATION

"Those who are free from resentful thoughts will surely find peace." You might have heard about this quote...but the question is from where we can buy peace ? Where we can feel peacefulness around us..? Today, in this running life ...a lot of people are suffering from anxiety, stress, depression, frustration and a lot more mind related diseases. Some of them consult so many psychologists to cure them from medicines, but these diseases cannot be cured by taking medication. The only way to cure these are " being happy ". A person will not be able to cure mental health until he/she is happy with his/her own life. To be happy, a person's mind should be stable, less short-tempered and he/she should not overthink anything. If a person's mind is stable and he/she is not overthinking about anything or anyone then that person will surely find peace and he/she will be in love with his/her life. 🤩 Now you will question that how can we not overthink in this stressful l

SKIN

Another major element of health is our SKIN. A healthy skin is a glowing skin. And if our skin is glowing, our face automatically shines and shows sign of happiness. But in today's pollution we think that it is little bit tough to maintain a healthy glowing skin. We already assume that for a healthy skin we need to apply lots of cosmetics on our face or apply lots of heavy makeup or will have to go with surgeries...but it is not like that. For a healthy skin we just need to eat hygienic food and do a little bit exercise daily. Healthy food such as green veggies, mashed potatoes, fruits that are rich in vitamins can improve our health and skin. Green vegetables also improve our eyesight and memory. Including these all, drinking lots of water is also a major activity that we can do for our health. Everyday we should drink atleast 4-5 litres of water to keep our skin clear and acne free. Most of the teenagers are facing the problem or acne or pimples...for this problem they consult so

HEALTH

Health is one of the most crucial element of ourselves. A man/women on this earth earns for his/her health, survive for health, spends on health or we can say what he/she cannot do for health? Everything we do in our daily lives, all we do for keeping ourselves happy and healthy. It is said that a healthy man is a happy man. If one is not taking care of his/her health then definitely he/she will not be able to keep his/her life happy. To take care of our health we need to exercise daily, meditate for atleast 10 minutes in a day, drink lots of water daily...for example minimum 2-3 litres per day, eat hygienic food and most importantly keeping aside stress, anxiety, tension and be happy always. If we do this much daily in our life then there will be no need to consult any doctor or specialist anyday... because we ourselves are so special in our life.😄
