Everyone wants beautiful and glowing skin. Not only women but a lot of times, men also tend to maintain a youthful skin.
The way we take care of our skin in winters, same has to be done in summers. In winters we have to protect our skin from dryness and our skin needs to be moisturized from time to time, similarly in summers, it is important to keep our skin cool and hydrated. Our skin gets dehydrated and upset through heat, sweating, lack of water and coolness in our body and problems like pimples, redness, itching on our face are common in summers.
From some homemade face packs or tips these problems can be cured and you can get a healthy glowing face.
So apart from makeup, let us see how to get a clear and healthy skin from the ingredients that are easily available at our home only.
1. Mint, Cucumber and Gram Flour face pack :
INGREDIENTS :
You will need 1 Cucumber, 7-8 leaves of Mint and around 3/4 cup of Gram Flour (as per your face pack requirement, remember to make a thick paste).
PROCESS :
Grind 1 Cucumber and Mint leaves gently until it gets a paste form, you can also use blender for grinding and can also do it manually by hands. Then add Gram Flour in it until it gets a thick paste. Mix them thoroughly. Make sure that there are no clumps left. And then you can apply it on your face. Keep this face pack on your face for around 15-20 minutes and then wash it with lukewarm water. You can use this face pack twice in a week for good results.

Almost everyone loves to eat cucumbers in summers. By eating cucumbers, our body stay hydrated and cool. Similarly by applying a face pack of cucumber, our skin stays cool and hydrated. Mint has strong antibacterial properties and contains salicylic acid which helps in preventing acne and also keeps our skin cool. While Gram Flour helps in making our skin complexion fair and also remove acne marks or spots.
2. Yoghurt, Honey and Rose water face pack :
INGREDIENTS :
You will need 1 tablespoon of Yoghurt, 1 tablespoon of Honey and 1 tablespoon of Rose water. It means you have to take these 3 ingredients in equal quantity.
PROCESS :
The process of making this face pack is really the simplest. Just mix the 3 ingredients and make a thick paste. Apply it on your face for about 15-20 minutes. And then wash it off with lukewarm water. You can apply this face pack twice in a week for good results.
BENEFIT :
Yoghurt and Honey are known for their cooling effect, they also make your skin smooth and soft by making your skin moisturized. Rose water adds a new freshness to your face and specially in summers it is also use as a good sun protector.
3. Aloe Vera and Yoghurt face pack :
INGREDIENTS :
You will need 2 tablespoons of Yoghurt and 1 tablespoon of Aloe Vera gel. You can also use ready-made Aloe Vera gel that are available in the market or you can also use natural Aloe Vera plant gel. If you are naturally extracting Aloe Vera gel then it would be more better because it is free from market chemicals and scents.
PROCESS :
