Another major element of health is our SKIN. A healthy skin is a glowing skin. And if our skin is glowing, our face automatically shines and shows sign of happiness. But in today's pollution we think that it is little bit tough to maintain a healthy glowing skin. We already assume that for a healthy skin we need to apply lots of cosmetics on our face or apply lots of heavy makeup or will have to go with surgeries...but it is not like that.
