Another major element of health is our SKIN. A healthy skin is a glowing skin. And if our skin is glowing, our face automatically shines and shows sign of happiness. But in today's pollution we think that it is little bit tough to maintain a healthy glowing skin. We already assume that for a healthy skin we need to apply lots of cosmetics on our face or apply lots of heavy makeup or will have to go with surgeries...but it is not like that. For a healthy skin we just need to eat hygienic food and do a little bit exercise daily. Including these all, drinking lots of water is also a major activity that we can do for our health. Everyday we should drink atleast 4-5 litres of water to keep our skin clear and acne free. Most of the teenagers are facing the problem or acne or pimples...for this problem they consult so many doctors or dermatologists to cure. But by taking healthy diet, exercise and lots of water, this problem can be cured itself.
