5 THINGS TO DO IN LOCKDOWN

Right now, each and every citizen of world is in lockdown. The reason, you all know because of the pandemic CORONA VIRUS. To stop the spread of this pandemic, ministers of every country has ordered lockdown for few weeks. And in this lockdown many people are facing boredom and fatigue. There is lack of entertainment in there lives. 
So, i will share 5 such things with you which can be done in this quarantine. These things can be done at home which are entertaining as well as good for your health. 

1. PLAY GAMES : During this time, you can play so many indoor games with your family members. We are so busy in our day to day life that we forgot to spend time with our loved ones. Playing games with your family members will increase your frankness with them. You will be more interactive with your family. Along with that this will also sharpen your mind and increase your thinking ability. 

Some of the games that will strengthen your skills are - 
Chess, Tambola, Skipping, Carrom, Cards, etc.
2. YOGA AND MEDITATION : We all know that excercise is very good for our health and hygiene. Yoga and meditation are also some excercises that should be done not only in this lockdown but in our daily lives also. By doing this, you can build up your body. Yoga is an excercise that is done for our body and meditation is for our mind. By doing yoga you can make your body so flexible, reduce your belly fat, be slim and fit. And by doing meditation, you can make better decisions in your life by reducing depression, anxiety, fear, frustration and negativity.

Some of the yoga poses that you can try are : 
A) Forward bend Yoga poses (Reduces belly fat)
B) Twist Yoga poses (For flexibility)
C) Standing Yoga poses (For beginners) 
D) Yoga poses for Lower Back (Reduces lower back pain and and reduces the chances of happening in future)
E) Yoga poses for knees (For knee pain and reduces the chances of happening in future)
You can also search online for more interesting and beneficial yoga poses. 

Meditation means concentration so you can sit in a peaceful place and concentrate at a point. Make sure you are seeing in line of sight.
3. LEARN A COURSE ONLINE : Today almost everyone has smartphones and an internet connection available at their home. By this, you can also increase your knowledge by learning a course online. Not only the course that is related to your studies but a course that is good for your skills. A course that can improve your vocabulary, improves decision making power, improves personality, improves thinking ability, etc. Improving your skills can also help you in your future to get a job or doing business related things. Sometimes a degree is not something that is attractive or with the help of degree you will get a job.....some skills are also required to get your career settled. 

Some of the courses that you can learn online are : 
Personality development, aptitude test, reasoning questions, public speaking, etc. Including the courses related to your studies. 

 4. BE A BOOKWORM :  This quarantine, improve your reading skills by reading different books or novels that are available online or available at your home. Reading not only improves your knowledge but also improves your way of speaking, improves your pronounciation and thinking ability. You can read books that are related to careers, related to success, related to health and hygiene or related to history.

Including the books of your studies as well.

5. MAKEOVER YOUR HOUSE : Are you tired of seeing that old curtains, walls and paintings hanging in your home? Then is the right time to give your home a new makeover. You can change the position of table, chair, sofas and paintings to give your home a new and fresh look. Along with that make sure you clean your home properly to maintain hygiene. You can also add new wall paintings by designing yourself, add new sceneries to the walls. This will be exciting for you and your home will also get a new look. 

Some of the things you can do to decor your home are -
A) Add new wall paintings.
B) Clean your doors and windows properly.
C) Paste some removable 3D stickers on the walls. 
D) Add some removable hangers on walls for hanging keys or earphones.
